At Four Nations Apparel, we take pride in delivering high-quality products inspired by the unique heritage of the British Isles. While we hope you’ll love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included where possible.
- We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds where an item shows signs of use beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:
- The item is faulty.
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- The incorrect item was supplied.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Four Nations Apparel cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and photographs where possible.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
